She has experience in women’s mental health, grief, trauma, teacher mental health, and LGBTQIA+ mental health, offering a safe, judgment-free space for clients to process their experiences. Elizabeth utilizes evidence-based therapies such as CBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help clients gain clarity and achieve lasting change.
Witnessing heartbreak and grief throughout her life, Elizabeth developed an innate desire to help others heal and advocate for marginalized communities. This passion for social justice led her to pursue a career in mental health.

She specializations in Native American clientele & historical trauma, trauma-focused care, family & individual therapy, substance abuse counseling, reconciliation therapy for families, couples counseling, and family counseling. Her therapeutic Approaches include EMDR, TF-CBT, CBT, & CPT as well as strengths-based practices & motivational interviewing. Heather provides a safe, supportive space for growth and healing.
