Join Our Team
Working Together Makes Us All Better.
We are looking for passionate, innovative, conscientious, dedicated, creative and enthusiastic people to join our team and help us in our mission to improve the lives of our clients, our communities and our world.

Why Nora?
Our founder is proud to bring innovation to the mental health industry. This starts with YOU!
We recognize that our team is what makes us special and we would be nothing without our amazing staff.
After working for years in community mental health centers and other private practices, Dr. Cullen Hardy wanted to create a place where everyone was treated like equals. If you’ve ever worked in community mental health you know what we mean!
Rumor has it, Dr. Hardy still has nightmares about sitting through pointless meeting after pointless meeting during his time in community mental health. We do NOT put you through that…nor would we do that to our worst enemy! We believe this only makes employees feel unnappreciated, uncared for and like they are just a cog in the machine.
We feel that traditional mental health care facilities have lost their way and this makes for an unhappy working environment and fosters an atmosphere of resentment and dissatisfaction.
Nora Mental Health takes pride in the fact that we treat our staff with the utmost respect and we never forget that the work you all do truly changes lives. It’s hard work but we have the great privilege of working with those who trust us enough to come in and seek help.
We invest in our staff and promote from within the organization. We reimburse our clinicians at the highest rates around and we provide stipends for training, insurance, and more! Additionally, we create a working environment that is fun, safe, relaxing, professional and comforting. This allows you to focus on doing what you love and what you do best!…and we promise not to make you sit through a pointless, rambling meeting.
Come As You Are
We accept all applicants and members ofour team no matter what their age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective may be. We are a diverse organization and we celebrate this diversity so you are free to be you! No one should ever have to feel like they cannot be themselves and we have a zero tolerance policy against discrimination of any kind.
