
Bobbi-Ann Gordon, DMFT, LMFT (Outpatient Clinician)
Dr. Bobbi-Ann Gordon is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families to address depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and relationship distress. She is passionate about normalizing mental health treatment and strives to create a safe and collaborative environment that is welcoming, respectful, and supportive.
Dr. Gordon uses a variety of evidenced-based approaches and she has been extensively trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Multidimensional Family Therapy (MDFT), Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFT).
Dr. Gordon specializes in helping parents and adolescents struggling with challenges that can occur at home, at school and with peers. It is not uncommon for these challenges to include depression, anxiety, antisocial behavior, substance abuse, self-harm, delinquency, bullying, academic challenges, and parent-adolescent conflict. She uses an individualized and strengths-based approach to improve coping skills, communication, boundaries, and the parent-adolescent relationship.
Dr. Gordon earned a master’s degree (MS in Marital & Family Therapy) and doctorate in (Doctorate in Marital & Family Therapy) from Loma Linda University.
