Tim Donovan
Tim has had a life-long passion for making mental health more accessible. Nora Mental Health provides a welcoming environment and a mission of client-focused care. Tim is an Austinite, born, raised and then relocated his family here six years ago. With his wife of 25 years, Stephanie, and two daughters, the Donovan family has been active in the community with local school sports and their church.

Jennifer Deliganis-Bess, LPC-S
Jennifer is a trauma-informed, licensed professional counselor and supervisor with over 20 years of experience providing parental support, individual, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, ages 8 years and older, struggling with the effects of trauma, anxiety, panic, depression, anger issues, OCD, phobias, ADHD, life transitions, grief and loss.
Jennifer specializes in advanced training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Trauma, and expressive therapies, such as play and sand tray. She has enjoyed working in various settings, such as school, non-profit agency, clinical, private practice, and telehealth.
Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Southwest Texas State University (now, Texas State University) in San Marcos, Master's of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio, Texas.

Leila Hoodye, LPC-A Associate
Leila is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in Austin, TX, supervised by Camille Guillaume, LPC-S. She provides individual and couples counseling to adults and teens (13+). Leila specializes in helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, career challenges, interpersonal dynamics, and relationship communication issues. Her therapeutic approach is eclectic, drawing on attachment-based, person-centered, solution-focused, and cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques. Leila brings humor and authenticity to her sessions, prioritizing the therapeutic relationship as a cornerstone of effective counseling. She strives to create a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel empowered to achieve their goals. Outside of counseling, Leila enjoys listening to live music, exploring vegan food spots, paddle boarding on Town Lake, and spending time with friends.

Kāli Hammond, LPC-A Associate
Kāli, LPC-Associate, is a compassionate and skilled therapist dedicated to empowering individuals through life’s transitions, challenges, and personal growth. With a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and extensive experience in trauma-informed care, Kāli provides affirming, culturally sensitive support tailored to each client’s unique needs. Her expertise spans a range of areas, including life transitions, disabilities, addiction recovery, mood and personality disorders, sexual health, gender and sexual identity, self-esteem, and relational challenges. Combining evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, and Emotion-Focused Therapy with a holistic, strengths-based approach, Kāli creates a safe and welcoming space for clients to explore their identities, overcome obstacles, and foster resilience.
Kāli excels at addressing complex topics such as intimacy, nontraditional relationships, grief, and family conflict with sensitivity and respect. She empowers clients to develop confidence, self-compassion, and emotional balance while navigating life’s complexities. Kāli offers nonjudgmental guidance and practical tools to foster meaningful, lasting change. In therapy with Kāli, clients gain not only a skilled counselor but also a dedicated advocate.
Specs is Kāli's loyal and hardworking guide dog, who provides unwavering support and companionship in her daily life. With her sharp intuition and gentle nature, Specs helps Kāli navigate the world. When she’s off duty, Specs loves staying by Kāli’s side, bringing comfort and warmth to everyone they meet.

Allison Hewett, LPC-A Associate
Allison believes that everyone deserves to be heard and understood and holds a safe space for her clients to process their emotions and to learn healthy strategies for a fulfilling life. She has experience working with a diverse set of clients of various ages, ethnicities, and sexual orientations. Her clinical interests include working with clients who struggle with anxiety, depression, OCD, eating disorders, trauma, PTSD, relational issues, self-esteem and other mental health struggles.
Allison has a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lamar University and is working under the supervision of Jennifer Deliganis, LPC-S. Allison works from a person-centered approach, integrating theory-based practices depending on the individual needs of each client.
Some of Allison’s favorite hobbies include: taking walks, meditating and collecting rocks to paint. She has a hedgehog named Pepper and loves connecting with nature and animals.
